I was brought up in England and have lived in several cities across North America. My work often alludes to details found in various types of architecture, as well as to the shapes of household objects.

As an embroider, I design and sell canvaswork samplers and cushions, write articles, and publish instructions for needlework projects, as well as teach courses related to the use of colour. Recently I have started to make wearable beaded objects.
